What is it?
Kinstretch is a mobility class that improves the way you move. It Increases your usable ranges of motion and enhances your body control. It is the only group class designed to improve joint health and resilience through scientific principles. It is a practice and you’ll get better at over time as you learn to master your body.
What does it look like?
Kinstretch involves a combination of active stretching, strengthening and body control exercises. It’s more than just stretching. It is an active workout that will be quite challenging. That said, every exercise can be modified so it’s right for you. There are build-in regressions and progressions so you are challenged appropriately.
Classes are 75 minutes in length and will hold 6 people. I’ve chosen to keep classes intimate to give you THE BEST coaching and learning experience possible.
I will be running THE EXACT SAME class on Monday & Wednesday. By all means, you can book in for 2 classes / week and you will experience great results by doing so, but just be aware that it will be the same. Every week, the class will change so you are always challenged in new and different ways.

- Anyone who suffer from postural stress. (Office workers in particular.). Because, let’s face it, our current lifestyle doesn’t provide nearly enough movement to keep our joints healthy and moving well.
- Gym enthusiasts and sportspeople who want to supplement mobility training into their program. This is often the missing link that can boost performance and mitigate risk of injury.

Anyone experiencing an injury. Seek an appropriate medical professional when dealing with injury & pain.
