A 6 month group coaching program to take your health & physique to the next level
On Monday January 13th, this 6 month Rebuild Accelerator program will kick off.
This will be a small cohort to preserve a high level of quality and coaching support. Spaces are limited and the cut off date to join is ‘x date’.

Achieving health and physique goals can feel complicated and unachievable, despite being consistent and dedicated.
- You think you’re training well, but your strength has stalled far short of your potential.
- You’ve accumulated some joint wear and tear.
Stubborn body fat will not shift, despite your best efforts to eat well. - You are doing cardio, but your fitness is not
where you want it to be. - You dont look like you train as hard as you do.
It’s time to change all that
To achieve your goals, you must learn to train effectively to provide the stimulus for positive adaptations.
Then you must learn to provide the conditIons to successfully recover and rebuild.
This is what the Rebuild Accelerator will teach you to do.
Our strategy
Over the course of 6 months, I will help you to master the key skills and behaviors across exercise and nutrition that are necessary to get you unstuck and accelerate your health & physique progress.
Pillar 1:
Excercise program
You will have a personalized program across functional strength, cardio and mobility, built to fit your time commitment, fitness level and mobility needs.

The strength workouts will progress through 3 phases of training that build on one another: stabilization, accumulation and intensification.
The tailored cardio workouts will build your aerobic efficiency and power to build your VO2 Max.
The targeted mobility routines will unlock freedom of motion so you can train safely, effectively and avoid future injury.
Pillar 2:
Nutrition coaching
You will be guided through a 6 month nutrition coaching program to change your body composition, enhance performance and recovery.

This is a habit-based curriculum that will help you to master 3 fundamental nutrition skills:
- Get enough protein and calories.
- Balance your meals across the food groups.
- Eat well persistently.
Pillar 3:
Lifestyle coaching
Gain the knowledge to train as effectively as possible with advanced lecture-based and practical exercise education that includes:

- Series: Master the 7 Fundamental Movements.
- Short Course: Zone 2 Training.
- Short Course: HIIT.
Navigating The Journey
This group will be a small cohort of likeminded Men with similar goals and aspirations. We will all be connected with group coaching calls and a private community. This will include:
- 1 x month progress review (60 min Google meet)
- 1 x month nutrition & exercise coaching (60 min Google meet)
- 1 x week ‘ask Jack anything’ (60 min Google meet)
Together, we will form a strong bond and supportive relationship. You will be guided every step of the way, to guarantee your success!
