The Plan
It all starts with a thorough assessment with Jack, to understand your goals and needs. You will then have a personalized program across 3 important pillars of health & fitness:
Pillar 1: Exercise program
The cornerstone of your program will be a well-rounded, progressive exercise program to follow in-App. This will include strength training, cardio and mobility exercises, tailored to your needs. It will be fully guided with high quality exercise tutorials and instructional videos.
Pillar 2: Nutrition coaching
You’ll have a monthly nutrition call with Jack to improve your eating habits and drive the body composition changes you desire.Â
Pillar 3: Lifestyle coaching
Learn simple ways to lower stress and optimize recovery, so that your body can successfully adapt and rebuild.

This system of training is the product of my 20 years experience: training myself, training clients, keeping on top of the latest strength & conditioning research and taking the best continuing education courses in the field.
The training is evidence based and I have tried, tested and refined my programs with 1000’s of people, many of whom have achieved life changing results to their health, physique and wellbeing.

I spent 10 years rebuilding my body. I can help you to do the same in a fraction of the time. 1-1 coaching takes all the guesswork away. It is the only way to guarantee results. I also enjoy nothing more than building coaching relationships and seeing you win!

How much contact do I get with Jack?
Lot’s. The backbone of this program is a strong, supportive and helping relationship between me and you. We will have regularly scheduled check-ins throughout the 6 month program.

Men & Women 35+ with current or past gym experience. This is for the individual who values precision, efficiency and an evidence-informed approach to their health and wellbeing.
How much time do I need to commit to a program?
The program is flexible and designed to be integrated into a busy life. Most of my clients are high performers in their career with very demanding (and ever changing) schedules. We build the plan in a way that you are 100% confident you can stick to it.
What if I fall off track because of work / life events?
It’s natural to worry about what might happen in the future, but it doesn’t help you to take action today. Focus on what you can do, right now, and If you do come up against a situation that threatens to derail you, I will help you to navigate it. This is one of the major value adds that 1-1 coaching provides. We can adapt to your ever changing needs.
What if I lose motivation? How will this program help me stay on track?
Motivation and inspiration are fleeting. We choose instead to focus on purpose and action.
We start by understanding what you want and why. We then put a plan in place for you to follow. You will no longer be concerned about motivation. You will simply take action, because it is important to you.

Subscription for the app is made through the Apple AppStore or Google Play Store and can be in 1 month, 3 month or 1 year recurring payments. You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing date.

Throughout my coaching career, I routinely see a similar set of problems holding experienced gym goers back from achieving their potential. Lack of exercise mastery, the wrong eating habits and poor recovery management are the 3 primary areas. I built this program to master each area. Not only will this accelerate progress, it will enable you to gain complete autonomy over your body and health, for life.
How is this different from the rebuild programs?
The rebuild programs are follow-along exercise programs, only.

How much contact do I get with Jack?
There will be two monthly group coaching calls: one to cover the current nutrition area of focus, lessons and actions as well as exercise programming. Another to review progress across our objectives.
There will also be a weekly ‘ask me anything’ that you can attend any time you have questions, concerns or just want to say Hi and bond with myself and the group.
The backbone of this program is a strong, supportive relationship between me, you and the group. It’s what keeps us all motivated, excited and accountable to our actions on this epic journey!

How much time do I need to commit to a program?
Per week dedication required:
- 3 or 4 x weight training workouts (45-60 mins)
- 2 or 3 x cardio workouts (30-60 mins)
- 1-2 x mobility routines (10-20 mins)

What equipment will I need?
This program is built for lifters. It primarily uses free-weights and a cable machine which means any commercial or box gym should have all the bases covered, as well as well equipped home / garage gyms:
- Dumbbells.
- Cable machine.
- Adjustable bench.
- *Machines like a leg press and hamstring curl (you can always switch to a free weight alternative)
- *Barbell and weight plates (you can always switch to an alternative dumbbell exercise)
- *Squat rack (nice to have, but not a requirement).
What if I fall off track because of work / life events?
The exercise program is built to be flexible so you can always reduce the frequency of training and shorten the workouts if necessary. The nutrition component is also habit-based and you have the flexibility to choose ‘actions’ that are very easy to implement into a busy life. This is why habit-based nutrition coaching (vs a diet overhaul) is so effective.

Motivation and inspiration are fleeting. We choose instead to focus on purpose and action. This program provides you with the structure and coaching support to guarantee your success.
Can I get a refund if it’s not for me or I have an emergency and really cannot continue?
You will only be charged for the amount of time you are enrolled in the program. You can cancel your subscription at any time or if you do the one-off payment, we will reimburse you.
